This position is ideal for a senior data engineering leader who can guide teams, deliver complex solutions, and stay handson when needed. The Data Management Lead will guide a team of data engineers while driving the delivery of scalable, highquality data solutions. This leader will oversee people management, ensure successful technical delivery, and remain handson with engineering work when needed. The role requires a proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges, mentor team members, and consistently deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
