Job Summary Seeking a FEMALE Small Bites Caterer for a ladies only pop-up event in August '26. You can sell your own items for a nominal cost. The event host does not provide a salary for this event. We desire finger foods and small bites for this 4 hour event. In this lively role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving delicious small bites that delight our guests. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure every tray is beautifully arranged and every guest feels welcomed. Duties • Prepare a variety of small bites, appetizers, and finger foods with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste • Set up catering stations, buffet tables, and serving areas with attention to cleanliness and organization • Serve guests efficiently while maintaining excellent guest relations, ensuring a positive dining experience • Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures • Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to keep service areas tidy and ready for the next round of guests • Collaborate with team members to coordinate food prep and service during events or catering orders Skills • Experience in the food industry with a strong background in culinary preparation and food handling • Knowledge of catering operations, banquet service, or restaurant experience preferred • Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation practices • Food Handlers Certificate preferred • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail • Strong teamwork skills to support seamless event execution • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about food service and guest satisfaction.
