Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Pay: $18.10/hr on W2 Contract: 3-6 Month Contract with High Possibility of Extension TalentBridge is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a large customer support team in San Antonio, TX. This is a fully onsite position supporting Spanish-speaking customers over the phone. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as they will be required to read English documents and explain the information clearly in Spanish during live customer calls. What You’ll Be Doing: • Handle inbound customer service calls • Assist customers with questions, account-related concerns, and general support • Read and understand English documents, policies, and system information during calls • Translate and explain information accurately in Spanish • Provide professional and empathetic customer service • Escalate more complex issues to supervisors when needed • Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures Requirements: • Fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written communication) • Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day • Able to multitask between systems while on calls • Strong communication and listening skills • Previous customer service, call center, banking, healthcare, retail, or support experience preferred • Minimum 6 months of customer-facing or phone support experience preferred • Reliable attendance and professionalism required Training Information: • Paid Training Provided • Monday - Friday • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Schedules Available After Training: • 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Fri & Sun Off) • 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Off Days) • 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Fri & Sun Off) • 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Off Days) Interested candidates can message me directly with: • Updated Resume • Phone Number • Best Time to Reach You #Hiring #CustomerService #BilingualJobs #SpanishJobs #CallCenterJobs #SanAntonioJobs #CustomerSupport #OpenToWork
