Shift Lead / Manager-in-Training - Coffee Shop

The Opportunity We’re hiring for a career-minded Shift Lead position looking to grow into an Assistant Manager position. Weekend and Weekday availability is a requirement - including early mornings and late shifts. This is not a typical coffee shop job. This is a leadership track position designed for someone who wants to build a career in hospitality and take ownership of a business over time. Compensation & Growth Path • $22–25/hour (includes tips). Starting pay is $19 for Shift Leads.
