WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING: • Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy • Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers • Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders • Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc OUR MUST HAVES: • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience • Customer service focus with strong communication skills • Dependable attendance and reliability • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Motivated to learn and grow within the role • Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift • Computer proficiency • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation • Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc • Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required Plumbers Supply Co offers competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and a 401K with company match.
