Cashier/Host

``Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment - Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction - Manage waitlists and seating arrangements - Take reservations and assist with table assignments - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system - Maintain a clean and organized host/cashier station - Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred - Familiarity with the POS system is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent guest relations skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
