The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, blending expertise in luxury property management with elevated private household hospitality to ensure seamless operations, exceptional presentation, and five-star service standards at all times. This individual should be proactive, highly organized, discreet, and naturally service-minded with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Children: Older children in the home Pets: Dog-friendly candidates Household Staff: Works collaboratively with full staff Responsibilities Hospitality & Guest Experience • Ensure residence is guest-ready with attention to cleanliness and organization • Maintain household hospitality manuals, including service protocols • Oversee and support housekeeping staff to maintain high standards • Coordinate hospitality, including table settings, turndown service, and refreshments • Support entertaining through floral coordination, menu planning assistance, etc. • Collaborate closely with culinary staff to ensure five-star food service • Source and maintain inventory of luxury household supplies, beverages, etc.
