Rotary Operator/Assistant

IQ Resource Group is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Rotary Operator/Assistants in Minneapolis, Minnesota! Pay: • 1st Shift: $22.57/hour • 2nd Shift: $22.57/hour + $0.75 shift differential Schedule: • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM • 2-2-3 rotating schedule Position Overview: We are hiring Rotary Operators and Assistants to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating and assisting with rotary equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping production running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and/or assist with rotary machinery in a safe and efficient manner • Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met • Load materials and support machine setup and changeovers • Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting as needed • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications: • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3) • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic IND123 Pay: $22.57 - $23.32 per hour Work Location: In person
