This position is located within the Quality Management Service at the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The Registered Nurse Fall Prevention Program Manager supports the medical center's integrated Fall Prevention Program by assisting with data collection, event review, staff education, and performance improvement initiatives. The incumbent promotes a safe environment for Veterans by helping prevent and mitigate fall-related risks across inpatient and outpatient settings.
