This role involves providing in-home patient care across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. Nurses can expect a dynamic and independent work environment while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in the home setting • Manage an average caseload of approximately 6 patient visits per day • Travel between patient homes (40–60 miles per day on average) • Perform assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress • Administer medications and treatments as ordered • Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Orientation: • 2–4 weeks depending on experience and acuity • Includes both classroom setting (1 Ford Place) and field training with a preceptor Requirements: • Active Michigan RN license • BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) • Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits: • Weekly direct deposit • Day one medical, dental, and vision insurance options for individuals and families • Free mental health counseling and free online doctor visits • 401(k) and HSA account options • Certification and license reimbursement • Recruiter support • Option to extend after contract or explore nationwide opportunities • Option to work future strikes Apply Today!
