Financial Recruiter Location Fort Worth, TX 76109 | Hybrid (Remote Mon & Fri, Onsite Tues–Thurs) Compensation & Schedule $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Temporary – 3 months (potential for extension) W2 Role Impact The Financial Services Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts to support advisor growth and field expansion. This role is responsible for building high-quality candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent. Success in this position means maintaining recruiting speed in a high-volume environment while ensuring strong candidate experience and quality submissions. Key Responsibilities Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, RecruitMilitary, and other recruiting platforms Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage Maintain accurate and organized records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Core Tools & Systems LinkedIn Recruiter Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Online recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed) Preferred Skills Financial services recruiting experience highly preferred Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently Strong attention to detail and follow-through Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
