Shipping/Receiving Clerk

About us Costume Specialists, Inc is a small business in Columbus, OH. We are creative, inclusive and supportive. Full-time shipping/receiving clerk needed: Responsibilities include: Verify and document all incoming shipments. Receive all shipments, cross check materials with provided PO and disburse materials to correct departments. Coordinate shipping activities, preparing accurate documents, obtaining both domestic and international shipping quotes, through various shipping companies. Track all incoming and outgoing shipments, working along side our freight companies to make sure deliveries are on time. Other duties to include weekly errands, in putting costume information and providing support to the mgmt team as needed. Qualifications to include maintaining a valid driver's license, experience with logistics operations, working knowledge of Microsoft and logistics software platforms.
