Job Title: Front Desk Office Assistant Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Location: Folsom, CA Pay: $19-$22 per hour Overview of the Job: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Office Assistant. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner • Answer and direct incoming phone calls • Manage front desk area and maintain a clean, organized workspace • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation • Support other departments with clerical needs as required • Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed Qualifications Overview: • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment • Professional appearance and customer-focused approach • High school diploma or equivalent required • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
