Duties • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns. • Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization. • Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to maximize visual appeal and sales opportunities. • Maintain cleanliness of the store environment through routine cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring a safe shopping space for all customers. Experience • Previous experience in retail sales or smoke shop sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new associates.
