Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead engaging tours for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sharing information about our attractions, history, and culture while ensuring an enjoyable experience for all participants. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing insightful commentary, answering questions, and managing group dynamics effectively. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH MUST BE AVAILABLE IN MIAMI, FL ON 5/31/26 Responsibilities • Conduct informative and entertaining tours for diverse groups of visitors. • Share historical facts, stories, and anecdotes to enhance the guest experience. • Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour. • Manage time effectively to adhere to scheduled tour durations while allowing for guest interaction. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. • Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and cultural practices to enrich the tour experience. • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and engagement from guests. • Collaborate with team members to improve tour offerings and guest satisfaction. Requirements • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a knack for managing group dynamics effectively. • Previous experience in customer service or teaching is a plus. • Strong time management skills to ensure tours run smoothly and on schedule. • A passion for history, culture, or the specific subject matter related to the tours offered. • Ability to adapt communication style based on audience needs and preferences.
