Duties • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation • Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience • Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards • Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Qualifications • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours • Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately • Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or similar positions is preferred • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in food industry operations, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences!
