Server AM

This position is for the Breakfast Buffet area. FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: • To facilitate a working atmosphere based on respect, collaboration and continuous learning. • Implication in the training of the assistant server. Production and Service: • Person in charge to clear up of the tables, service of coffee, tea and set up of the tables in breakfast. • Person in charge of mise en place in the breakfast, lunch and dinner. • Person in charge of the service of wines, to clear up of tables and satisfaction of the client in the service of dinner. • Person in charge of receiving the guests at his table offering a warm welcome, regular water and the first entrée. • Person in charge to lay tables properly in line for the following service. • Person in charge of the service of the task to move chinaware from one location to another. • Person in charge of transporting dirty utensils to the dishwashing area using a cart. • Person in charge of cleaning and maintaining the cart clean. • Person in charge of replacing dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, and all utensils required. • Person in charge of refilling and replacing juice machinery, coffee and portable liquids. Clean them at the end of the service. • Person in charge of polishing and drying any type of silverware and tableware. • Person in charge of recycling, transporting the recycling bins to the compacting area, and compacting all the trash. • Person in charge of the task of conclusion marked by the Head Waiter. Customer satisfaction: • Positive, helpful attitude towards customers and as regards “small details”. • Attending to customers’ wishes and suggestions. • Impeccable uniform and clean, well-groomed physical appearance. • Implication in the work plans set in motion.
