This position is located at: FMWR - Business and Recreation Division - Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area (BLORA). - Fort Hood, Texas. Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area (BLORA) is a reservoir located near Fort Hood and offers patrons a vast variety of activities, including but not limited to: camping, boating, hiking, fishing, kayaking, paintball, horseback riding and mountain biking. Major Duties: Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation.,Applies knowledge of the organization, its functions and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions (e.g. personnel, accounting, budget,, purchasing, logistics and supply, transportation, security, etc.).,Receives telephone calls and visitors, provides required information from own knowledge or office files or refers callers to appropriate person.,Follows up as required. Types various correspondence and reports. Tabulates statistical data into final format. Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials.,Establishes, maintains or controls files and logs.
