Job Description Summary:
• Provides exceptional service to customers. Conducts research and analysis of monitored locations, processes alarm calls, dispatches first responders, updates databases, and communicates with emergency personnel.
Essential Functions:
• Provides expertise and excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Conducts research and analysis of burglary and fire alarm monitored locations and processes incoming alarm calls and signals while subsequently dispatching first responders and notifying stakeholders.
• Update internal computer databases to maintain accuracy and process inquiries from internal customers.
• Effectively communicate to local police, fire, and EMS personnel.
• Handle routine and emergency calls from within company property, the surrounding area and coordinate the appropriate response
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Number of Openings:
• Five (5) Positions
Domicile / Work Location:
• These positions will be located in Memphis, Tennessee.
Relocation:
• Relocation assistance is not available for these roles.
Minimum Education:
• High School Diploma/GED.
Minimum Experience
• One year experience in either customer service, burglar/fire alarm monitoring, computer processing, emergency dispatch, customer account maintenance, or related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work multiple and varying shifts based on business needs.
• Excellent human relations, organizational, and communications skills.
• Must complete required training program.

Pay: $21.14/hr - $29.59/hr
