The role We're seeking a Managing Director for a leadership role across investing, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities • Source, evaluate, and execute investments across consumer and technology sectors - developing investment theses, building deal pipelines, leading due diligence, structuring transactions, and driving investment committee recommendations • Work with founders to identify growth opportunities, improve operations, refine go-to-market strategies, and support capital formation • Oversee the portfolio: establish value-creation plans, monitor metrics, and guide strategic decisions • Lead fundraising, investor communications, strategic partnerships, and firm planning • Mentor junior professionals and represent the firm in the ecosystem Requirements • 10+ years in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, investment banking, or related disciplines • Track record sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private investments • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic capabilities including financial modeling and valuation • Experience with high-growth consumer/technology companies • Ability to build trusted relationships with founders and executives • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; team management and mentoring experience • Bachelor's degree required; MBA valued but not required • High integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset
