Auction Support Specialist

Guiding sellers through the live auction process, the full-time Auction Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and support while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to sellers throughout the live auction experience from launch to completion Monitor live auction activity and respond promptly to seller inquiries and issues Manage updates and corrections to auction listings, ensuring accuracy and a high-quality user experience Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related customer-facing role Strong empathy and active listening skills with a genuine desire to assist others Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Interest in and familiarity with enthusiast, collector, or classic vehicles is highly preferred
