Position: Front End Developer Lead (Direct work from office) Location: Dallas TX Duration: 6 Months + Mode of hire: Full time Rate: Competitive Visa- USC, GC Years of Experience – 10years + Note - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. candidate should be ready to start work from office from day one. Summary We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms. This role will focus on building and evolving a modern microfrontend ecosystem, including shared component libraries used by multiple product teams. The ideal candidate is a React and TypeScript expert with strong architectural experience, a passion for clean, maintainable code, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications and shared component libraries. • Drive front-end architecture within a microfrontend ecosystem. • Collaborate with product owners, designers, back-end engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Champion code quality, performance optimization, testing, and best practices. • Leverage modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and delivery. Required Skills • Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript (strict typing, generics, utility types, type-safe APIs). • Deep expertise with React 18+, including hooks, context, component composition, and performance optimization. • Strong experience designing and supporting microfrontend architectures and shared UI libraries. • Hands-on experience with React Query for state management, caching, and data fetching. • Experience with Auth0 and token-based authentication. • Strong knowledge of CSS Modules, SCSS, responsive design, and theming. • Experience building and maintaining component libraries using Storybook 7+. • Experience with Vite or similar modern build tools. • Strong Git, code review, CI/CD, and semantic versioning practices. • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and MSW. • Strong understanding of REST APIs, error handling, and type-safe integrations. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Material UI (v6) and advanced theming. • Familiarity with semantic-release and automated release pipelines. • Experience working with Figma, design systems, and design-to-code workflows. • Exposure to the InsurTech domain. • Familiarity with GraphQL.
