Production Associate – 1st Shift

Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay $17.00+ per hour (Based on Experience) Background / Drug 7-year background check required 10-panel drug screen required We are seeking Machine Operators to support sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing operations in a production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, fabrication, warehouse, or production experience looking for a stable first-shift opportunity. Responsibilities • Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including presses, shears, and spot welders • Produce parts according to production schedules and quality specifications • Load, position, and move raw materials, tools, and finished products • Utilize hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes when required • Inspect parts using measuring tools, blueprints, and production documentation • Verify product quality and dimensional accuracy • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures Requirements • 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred • Experience operating production equipment or fabrication machinery preferred • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation • Experience using measuring tools and performing quality inspections • High school diploma or GED required • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety If you have manufacturing or machine operation experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing production team, apply today. - Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
