Our digital print technology lets us produce custom signs at any quantity. No minimums, fast turnaround, all under one roof in Fort Worth. We're building out our sales team and looking for the right person to own two of our fastest-growing verticals. The role You will find new customers. That's the job. You'll be prospecting fence contractors and security and alarm companies across the US, building relationships, sending samples, and closing orders. Security and alarm is a natural fit for what we make — yard signs, warning signs, property markers — high reorder volume, recurring revenue, and customers who buy in bulk. Once a customer is in, you keep them coming back. This is a hybrid role based in Fort Worth. You'll work from the office and from home. What you'll do Build and work a prospect list of fence contractors and security/alarm companies nationwide. Run outbound email and phone campaigns to convert cold prospects into first orders. Send physical sign samples to qualified prospects and follow up to close. Manage your pipeline and stay organized. Own existing accounts, handle reorders, and grow spend over time. Who we're looking for Experience doesn't matter as much as attitude. We want someone who picks up the phone without being told, handles rejection and keeps moving, follows up when they say they will, and is hungry for real earning upside. Background in fencing, security, construction, or trade industries is a plus. Not a requirement. Compensation Base salary commensurate with experience. OTE of $95,000 to $100,000. Uncapped.
