Healthcare Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Healthcare Engagement Specialist, Remote. Key Responsibilities Perform outbound calls to engage patients and discuss the benefits of the program Enroll patients in the program and schedule initial virtual nurse visits Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up on inbound inquiries Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an outbound call center or direct sales position Preferred experience in healthcare and/or functional medicine Ability to navigate phone conversations and computer tools simultaneously Experience handling confidential data and thriving in a fast-paced environment Remote work experience preferred; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
