Field Support Specialist

Field Support Specialist is a fully remote position responsible for coaching and supporting Area Directors, training them in processes, and addressing their inquiries through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities Assist Area Directors in skill development and build one-on-one relationships Train Area Directors on processes and procedures via phone conferences Respond to inquiries from Area Directors and their advertising clients through phone and email Required Qualifications Ability to learn quickly and a desire to grow Confidence in decision-making based on knowledge and training Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace Resourcefulness and adaptability in a changing environment Previous call center experience and ticketing software knowledge preferred
