This role requires a blend of creativity, strong customer engagement skills, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team, the Bartender ensures a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every guest. Who You Are: • Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to engage with guests and provide a positive experience. • Ensures that drinks are prepared according to specifications and served promptly. • Ability to handle multiple drink orders efficiently, especially during peak hours. • Strong focus on providing outstanding service to guests and enhancing their experience. • Ability to collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service. • Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do: • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences. • Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes. • Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards. • Greet and engage guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, and providing personalized service. • Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering inquiries about menu options. • Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction. • Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift, ensuring that all equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service. • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, surfaces, and waste disposal. • Monitor and report inventory levels for beverages, garnishes, and supplies to avoid shortages. • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification. • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices. • Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. • Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. • Assist with restocking supplies and supporting barback duties during busy periods. • Foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional service. • Other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications Includes: • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required. • Bartending experience highly preferred. • Knowledgeable in cocktail recipes, bar tools, drink preparations, and alcohol service regulations. • Ability to perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions. • Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent guest service skills. • Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required. • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
