Key Responsibilities Conduct investigative assignments primarily through phone and online research Make up to 75 outbound calls per day to gather information from various sources Write detailed reports documenting findings and maintain organized records Required Qualifications Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License (as required by state) Earned an associate's degree or higher Understand basic medical terminology or have exposure to the healthcare industry Demonstrate persistence and professionalism when interacting with third parties Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume investigative environment
