Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday.No Saint is hiring for two front-of-house roles: Server/ Bartender & Weekend Barista!Server / Bartender schedule: Wednesday & Thursday.Barista: Saturday & Sunday mornings.Weekend availability is required for this position.No Saint is a neighborhood restaurant serving seasonal Italian food, with a wood-burning oven at its focus. Our menu is highly seasonal and celebrates our relationships with local farmers and purveyors. Our beverage program focuses on local and Italian producers. The ideal candidate has a passion for seasonal food, wine, and hospitality. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.What You Bring2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurantIndependent and self-motivated work ethicStrong communication skills and a team-first mindsetDetail-oriented and organized, with an eye for serviceExtensive food and beverage knowledgeAbility to multi-task, solve problems, and stay calm under pressureFamiliarity with restaurant systems (Square and Resy preferred)Valid OLCC and Food Handler certificationsWhat We OfferBase Pay $28/hour + additional grauityTo provide a consistent wage, we have implemented a 20% service charge on all transactions in lieu of tipping.
