Information Request Specialist

Information Request Specialist provides full-time support to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts, acting as a liaison between claims representatives and providers. Key Responsibilities Update patient accounts with information from hospitals and follow up with Contact Specialist Access client systems to obtain necessary information and monitor requests to ensure timely resolution Assist IT in resolving access issues and perform special projects as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop proficiency in internal applications Strong computer navigation skills and experience using multiple software programs simultaneously Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction Knowledge of client and Operations processes and their interactions
