Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing service-based company to find a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join their team. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly. Annual Salary: $40,000 - $47,000 Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer calls and emails • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians • Manage customer details and job updates in the system • Follow up on estimates and completed services • Help keep daily operations running smoothly What we’re looking for: • Experience as a dispatcher, scheduler, or service coordinator • Background in a service-based company (HVAC, landscaping, pest control, etc.) preferred • Strong customer service and multitasking skills
