Position Overview
The Office Administrator supports daily administrative operations, internal coordination, and general office functionality. This role assists leadership and internal teams with documentation, scheduling, records management, and operational processes to ensure efficient workflow and organizational support.
This is a full-time, in-office position. The role includes an introductory evaluation period and is best suited for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with discretion, accountability, and efficiency.
The Office Administrator also provides office coordination and operational support, including scheduling assistance, vendor coordination, supply management, and general administrative support.
We are seeking a dependable and solutions-oriented individual who communicates effectively, takes initiative, and contributes to a structured, team-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams
• Manage incoming correspondence, mail, filing, and document organization
• Maintain accurate records, databases, logs, and operational documentation
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and internal system coordination
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and office schedules
• Support daily office operations and workflow efficiency
• Assist with office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Prepare reports, tracking sheets, and administrative documents
• Support compliance-related administrative tasks and internal reporting
• Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, office support, or coordination experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)

Compensation & Schedule
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Classification: Non-Exempt Hourly Position (eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California law)
• Schedule: Full-time
• Work Location: In-office (Downtown Sacramento)
