Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for an Entry-Level Sales Associate at a Pokémon Card Store. The role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and restocking inventory, managing product displays, and answering customer inquiries about products. Additional duties may include assisting with in-store events, learning about Pokémon card trends, and ensuring a welcoming store environment for enthusiasts and collectors.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Retail Sales and Organizational skills to manage inventory, handle transactions, and maintain a well-organized store space.
• Willingness to learn and participate in employee Training programs to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Passion for trading card games, collectibles, or hobbies related to Pokémon is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
