Project Manager Locations: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA or Neenah, WI Duration: 06 months plus contract Rate: DOE independentize candidates only Job description • Responsible for delivering high-profile, global program, establishing and maintaining the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables as an influential HR partner to the business. • Assesses the implications of new processes and identifies the activities necessary to ensure a smooth transition and user acceptance of the changes implemented by the program. • Leads multiple project teams as part of the program; allocating and monitoring tasks and motivating project team. • Create project plans, charters, charts, and timelines to staff and manage projects of varying length, complexity and scope (ranging from small-scale to yearly large-scale) • Identifies and manages project and program interdependencies • Act as liaison between Human Resources, stakeholders and contributors. Establishes and maintains team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications • Manage stakeholder needs and effectively negotiate tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and participation. Balance needs of multiple stakeholders and gain buy-in from groups • Manages program risks and ensures that any strategic problems are identified at the earliest opportunity. Implements procedures to mitigate risk threats. • Develops project organization chart and governance structures.
