To ensure quality and compliance within Disability and Brain Injury Services, the full-time Provider Corrective Action Coordinator will oversee corrective action processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and analyze compliance data in a remote position with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities Monitor quality assurance and compliance activities across relevant services Coordinate corrective action efforts with internal teams and external partners Guide providers through the corrective action process, providing technical assistance Required Qualifications Six years of combined education and/or professional experience in social services casework, program development, or compliance Strong analytical skills with experience in data management Knowledge of state, federal, and HCBS regulations Experience in program compliance, quality assurance, or quality improvement Ability to utilize Microsoft 365 tools for data tracking and reporting
