Investigating automobile accidents remotely, the full-time Bodily Injury Adjuster will manage moderately complex unrepresented claims, including uninsured motorist claims, while providing exceptional customer service and negotiating settlements. Key responsibilities Investigate and assess coverage, liability, and damages for unrepresented moderate bodily injury claims Take recorded statements and resolve loss of use claims while making payments to appropriate parties Negotiate settlements for bodily injury issues and refer complex cases as necessary Required qualifications Experience in claims handling, particularly with unrepresented moderate bodily injury claims Knowledge of coverage, liability, and damages assessment in automobile accidents Strong negotiation skills with a focus on reaching fair settlements Ability to communicate effectively through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text Proficiency in utilizing innovative platforms and tools for claims management
