This Senior Paralegal role is fully on-site and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage cases independently and work closely with attorneys and clients.ResponsibilitiesManage family law cases from intake through resolutionDraft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and declarationsFile documents in California courts (including e-filing)Coordinate calendars, hearings, mediations, and deadlinesCommunicate with clients regarding case updates and document collectionPrepare trial binders and assist with trial preparationHandle financial disclosures and organize supporting documentationReview and summarize discovery responsesMaintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and court rules
