Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Charlotte, NC, for an Operations Support Specialist. The Operations Support Specialist will handle daily tasks such as providing technical and customer support, assisting with troubleshooting inquiries, and conducting analysis to improve processes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and frequent communication within teams and with clients to ensure efficient operation and quality service delivery. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to evaluate and resolve operational challenges • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address operational and system-related issues effectively • Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills to interact professionally and collaboratively with clients and team members • Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail • Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in operations or support roles preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in related fields are a plus
